Telecom giant Jio and chip maker MediaTek have teamed up to introduce ‘Gaming Masters 2.0’, an e-sports extravaganza featuring the immensely popular game title, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). This event is tailored to engage both new and existing online gaming enthusiasts, as well as professional gamers across the country.
Expansion of Gaming Masters Series
Following the success of its inaugural season earlier this year with ‘Free Fire’, which saw an impressive participation of over 14,000 teams, the second season of ‘Gaming Masters’ is poised to kick off on November 23 with a staggering prize pool of ₹12.5 lakh.
Featuring BGMI India
‘Gaming Masters 2.0’ will showcase Krafton’s acclaimed battle royale game, BGMI India. The game will be accessible to both Jio and non-Jio users through the JioGames platform, offering an inclusive gaming experience for all enthusiasts.
Daily Play & Win Series
As part of the tournament, there will be a ‘Play & Win Daily’ series, allowing gamers to participate on a daily basis, earn rewards, and vie for the opportunity to compete against professional teams for the ultimate championship title.
Introduction of JioPhone Next
